How to Register for this System
Please contact William Bishop, who will verify that you are within the catchment area of our suppliers and add your details to our system. You will need to supply your email address, full address for oil delivery, contact phone number. No financial details are kept on this system – this system is purely to get the best price/litre by combining multiple individual orders into a more cost-effective bulk order. Any invoices, financial exchanges are between you and the Oil Supplier.
No Email Received Once you have Placed an Order
We try hard to send emails out as soon as you make a change to your online order. If you do not receive an email with in a few minutes, please check your spam folders firstly and also add Oil Admin ‘oiladmin@steventonvillage.co.uk’ to your address book. If you still do not receive an email then please contact Oil Admin.
Funny Error Messages When Ordering
If you see funny(?) error messages or error pop-ups whilst using the system, please send a note to oiladmin@steventonvillage.co.uk, with any details contained within the error.
